At this point, Marshall and Lily are in the process of getting the new place, but it takes a while. All the loan paperwork has to be processed, the couple who currently live there have to pack their stuff and leave, and Marshall and Lily have to find a good convenient time to pack up their stuff and actually make the move. I once bought the condo that I had already been renting, so nobody actually had to move at all, and it still took like a month just for all the financial paperwork to go through.

Nothing about the awesome slap song? Best part of the episode with Barney moaning backup. LOL It reminds me of the movie Jason Segel did "Forgetting Sarah Marshall." It's a hoot.
