Feedback Time: Poll Pic Posting
🕑 Added 2018-09-04 21:12:50 +0000 UTC Hey everyone, I have a quick question for all of you: Should the Patreon Poll Pic's be exclusive images solely for Patreon backers, or should I start posting them publicly? What do you guys think?More context below!
Originally the poll pics weren't supposed to be exclusive content, nothing on this page was ever supposed to stay locked behind a paywall forever, but since my pin-up backlog has sustained my weekly public posts for so long, I've never actually had the need to pull from my "poll pic" backlog. Now that poll pics have been going on for so long though, at this point it feels kind of silly having all these old poll pictures just sitting around collecting dust, and it kind of feels like it's time I started getting them out in the open.

also: you could do like Aesir, and have a 1-2 month wait-time from poll-pics or the likes are posted here, till they are released to the public. that way, your patreons can still have the advantage of having a "sneak-peak" before everyone else :)

I support making them public. It makes your work more known, as people outside of Patreon can get exposed to more of your art, which can increase trafic, and increase the chance of increasing your income in the end, which means even more art. everybody wins :D

I'm not sure if I'd post them week after week until the public was fully caught up, I like having some buffer, but maybe just posting until there's like a 2 month buffer or something.

I'd definitely support making them public! Maybe try releasing 2-3 each month until eventually the public releases have caught up with the present pieces.
