Changing It Up #2
🕑 Added 2018-11-07 11:22:46 +0000 UTC EDIT: After taking a second look at the piece I decided to change up the color a bit.The second in my series of "experimentation." There were several things I tried with this piece, including but not limited to: skipping the inking phase, reorienting my workflow a bit, and practicing shading. Unfortunately this piece ended up teaching me more about why I have the workflow I do (because it's efficient) than giving me useful alternatives to my habits. Several of the changes I made to my workflow for this drawing ended up slowing me down for basically zero tangible benefit in the finished product. I have an idea for how to approach the next piece differently though, so that's one positive takeaway!
