Blood is good when it's not in excess. Some minor bleeding is fine. Hell, I love me some battle-damaged girls, so long as they're intact and not dead.

I don't mind the blood, the hot part is the female vampire penetrating the woman's flesh in a supernatural way. The blood is just the outcome of the vampire bite. But I don't mind either way!

For me, a little blood is fine - they are vamps. But no so into huge amounts, or gory stuff- I get that others may want that (and being vamps, it’s appropriate), but not my kink…

While blood is usually a no-go with me, I wouldn't blame others for saying they'd be for it, so I say maybe do both unless the scene has some blood that is vital (ha), then do that on it's own.
