I find it confusing how someone can say drake is the biggest hitmaker but also incapable of making a concept album, we have to understand that making a BIG HIT it literally takes creativity, and once you are a creative artist, concepts albums is not that big a of a deal.. However, drake artistry started to go on a different direction right after scorpion I would say..

I drifted away from hip-hop during the mumble rap era, coming back every so often for a new Kendrick project, and the beef brought me back in full force. You guys have been instrumental in getting me up to speed with the last 5-6 years and it's clear your love and appreciation for hip-hop is simply unmatched by anyone else making this kind of content.

And honestly won’t get many views when posted for the same reason but are so worth the reaction/listen. Like Deltron 3030 or El-Ps fantastic damage. Have y’all ever considered a live stream for some of these albums where the community could hear it for the first time with yall and interact in real time. Yall wouldn’t even have to get together to record to make these happen so might be a good way to fill in some of the gaps when yall can’t find time to meet up

Rather than make a favorite beats of all time, maybe you can break it up and do top 10 lists for individual producers. (Ex: top 10 Dre beats, top 10 Premier beats, etc) I wouldn’t be mad if it became a Patreon exclusive series. Drake is like Prime James Harden. Will always hit historic numbers but in the most unethical and boring ways. People will try to copy if they are clout obsessed as you can see. That’s why people like Kendrick, JPEG, Earl, etc have clowned Drake in the past because he doesn’t truly care about the art of it. Just spamming the same move and using his name at this point. Ye is the late stage version of this

This is a great idea 💡 Have to heard that if you listen to the Eminem album in reverse you get arguably the proper order the album is meant to be heard in (like the message Eminem’s team sent out on release date) This is why the end of the album sounded like “bonus songs” like you two described it, and I felt the same way. And then I realized that chronologically the album almost makes more sense in reverse and shady came back from the grave to take over and the album ends how we thought it started, with shady Hawk tuah spitting on Eminem’s grave. This is why throughout the album you hear Eminem walking up from dreaming. This allows the concept to make sense both ways. So that events that took place could have been a dream or real events. This also explains Eminem’s vintage Jason mask on deluxe alternate album covers. We all know if you kill Jason he will always come back!
