I was feeling watch the throne at one point too!!

Sadé

"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." John 10:10

Connie Carpenter

F.I.C.O. Is my favorite!

Arctic Goddess

The only other rap album he's given a 10 to is TPAB. (should have gone to GKMC) I'm glad he saw the brilliance.

Angel Kendall

Another bar I haven’t seen connected “Half of my profits may go to rock him(rakim)” I think it could also mean Kendrick’s success could rock the “person”…idk maybe a reach but I think I thought of it because of how Kendrick’s success rocked drake to sue idk

Matt Leistra

Third Song: "AOTY"

James Green

Yo prince need some time off to watch “The Wire “

Juju_804

Y’all gotta watch ‘The Wire’ man, sheesh. You should watch it and do some reaction videos to that!

AP

also, the first 48 was a show that was about the first 48 hours of a murder investigation, and dateline was a show about true crime

Jacob

Nigga said AOTY 3 tracks in lmao, felt that 🔥

Dadrian Collier

Jadakiss on Inglorious Bastards would’ve been perfect

Daryll Thorpe

Them boys so young they didn’t realize DJ clue… alibs

Daryll Thorpe

You can tell the guys show there age on that they missed that on first listen old heads no about that

Dadrian Collier

The genetic/genius/genes bar came right after the gender reveal/son bar as well. Kenny was in his bag.

Shane

I just started the video but seeing that chains and whips started at the 13th minute mark and yall dont make it to POV until the 44th minute is FRYING me 😂😂😂😂

Justin Clayton

NEW BEAT?

Justin Clayton

So interesting that y’all passed on All Things Considered…the production on that is top 3 for me!

nick.

the one thing i took away from this vid is that yall need to watch The Wire. Darae always talking about Snowfall. Snowfall a whole tier lower than the The Wire. Greatest show of all time.

Dominique

Nigga said “feeko “ 😂

Dominique

Bruh. Has ANYBODY reacted to the new beat on So be it? 😂

blase correa

Slept on bar from no malice on F.I.C.O. “My story gon hit the first 48, then it’s on dateline” obviously the show dateline but also his story hit the first 48 states (the contiguous US) and then it’s on dateline (international dateline) meaning it went global

Squish Wright

Y’all should react to muddy waters soon

blase correa

AOTY and its not even close for me. We’ll see it on some album of the decade lists for sure

Brandon Kao

“I just hid 6mil behind Tyvek” is such a disgusting bar. Tyvek is common brand for drywall.

Christian Porter

WATCH THE WIRE, BROTHERS.

suarez16

The Wire top 2 shows oat and not 2 ‼️‼️‼️

Moby Bosman

New freddie gibbs single, also new album coming

devin stephenson

Been waiting for this to drop

Zion

Try to hide the dope in the message. They are pretty common T-shirts that say, God is Dope.

Kymani Duncan

Good catch🔥

Jared frode

Have a degree in finance, EBITDA definitely a real thing haha

TC

I wish there was a dislike button. P sounded godly on So Far Ahead

Jared frode

Just keep listening

TC

Inglorious Bastards gets better with every listen trust! Zero skips for me on this joint

David Vaiksnoras

Some small stuff I caught in p.o.v In the hook “Ty” and “Create” is mentioned - features tyler the creator In First verse there’s a bird scheme in between a couple bars Owl, Falcon, and then it might be a stretch but I think he ends the scheme with “X” (twitter bird) sitting shotgun.

Feignorance

Stevie Wonder did the keys on Birds too.

Feignorance

Damn, if anything y'all should react to The Wire, its fucking worth it.

zoudain

Incredible album, always enjoy hearing your thoughts and dissection of the lyrics. Just joined the Patreon to watch the uncut cuz I gotta hear it again w yall.

S.T. Family

Mind you these guys are 52 & 48 years old! 🏆

Chance

He didn’t have a verse. He did the chorus.

Dvd

You guys attention to detail for bars/lyrics is always appreciated and what puts you another level above 🙏

Marquis

Only disappointment about the album was stove god verse was too short.

Seth Landis

On the title track it’s Malice and Push rapping back and forth in the first verse

Kelly Wolfe

Mason Betha is Ma$e. He was Murda and he was Pastor Mase.

Miles

Love the project and the reaction! Don’t clown me plz I’ve been a big Pusha fan for a bit but have just started to bump Malice’s old projects, how can you tell the different between the two? They sound identical to me

Eric A

Goldeneye sample on the last song is 🔥

David

Push, Pharrell, all the features did amazing, but Malice absolutely slaughtered everyone every time he opened his mouth.

Knee

Or who Mason Betha is!

Milton Stephenson Jr

Great job as always fellas! Now it's time to add Lord Willin and Hell Hath No Fury to those classic/almost classic album polls😉

Squish Wright

I don’t like Pharrell on these hooks i give this a 7/10

Chelle

Lenny Krativz was on the guitars for Chains and Whips. Stevie Wonder on the outro. Tyler slid, Nas spit a verse. Perfection. Glad Malice is getting his love now. Pusha is Pusha...been him. Great reaction.

Knee

How old are y'all to not know Pharrell's voice? Lol

Penelope Sanchez

He actually sounds more like Mase to me. Guru has a more New England sound being from Massachusetts. Very happy they kept it, it’s one of my favs!

Demeterius Benton

You learn that in drivers ed (technically its supposed to be 10 and 2) idk how you missed it lmao

E

😭💀 not knowing EBITDA.

EricTheSwedishGuy

POV was almost SCRAPPED! Malice fought to keep it on the album because Push said he didn't think his Guru-emulation on the flow was Guruing enough. WILD they wanted to scrap it!!

Krzysztof Butryn

I was waiting for this reaction since the album dropped - thanks. As for Birds Don't Sing, Pusha's and Malice's parents died 4 months apart, and it was Malice who found them both. He speaks a bit (in some interviews) about how moving away from music has allowed him to take care of their mum. His lines about their father hit really hard. I love listening to the tracks where you can feel such a raw and true emotion. The album is timeless, simply 'cause it's honest.

Chelle

Don't know why I didn't get an alert when this posted, but we here! AOTY for me.

Dvd

We HERE

Kendall Marshall

VA stand uppppp. beautiful work

Ezduzit

Was wondering where the hell yall were at!!! Lmao 🤣

K

YESSSSSSS

FigLeaf Bicarbonate

Y'all Freddie Gibbs x The Alchemist - Alfredo 2 is coming July 25th

Xenolithic

Fantano gave this album a 10/10 which is incredibly high praise for him, and also incredibly correct. EDIT: Ginseng is a Chinese herbal remedy as a aphrodisiac

Liam Hynes

Now I’m ten times the E.B.I.T.D.A 🔥 amazing album

Brandi

Stove God went ham on that hook. OMFG! 💜

Blunt

Got DAMN this mf spittin. Great ears

Karim

Malice’s verse on the first song hits me so hard, as I lost my dad 3 years ago. I have to cry everytime I hear it! Damn I had a dad ❤️

Lizzie

yeeeeeeahhhh I knew this would be worth the wait!! 45 minutes in on the second song 😤🔥 as an accountant I appreciated the EBITDA reference 😌 lol

Ekuah

Was I the only one that tought "Wait, Banks is on this?!" when Tylers verse started on POV?

Ryan

I think the people who like it are weirder lol especially The Dream's outro.

RJ

All things considered is Pharrell on the hook.

Rob Himself

Gene is also Malice’s real name they missed that too 😮‍💨🔥

Rob Himself

WE HEREEEEEEE If y’all haven’t seen it yet, definitely check out Piece by Piece—the LEGO Pharrell biopic. It breaks down the early synergy between Pharrell and Clipse in a way that really hits different. You see how much faith Pharrell had in them from the jump, how he helped shape their sound, and how their hunger pushed his creativity too. There’s this full-circle moment watching it, then hearing this new Clipse album—you realize that their chemistry hasn’t just survived the times, it’s evolved with purpose. The gritty soul, the luxurious pain, the maturity in the lyrics—it all makes more sense after seeing how it started.

Ryan

Sequencing is a little off for me and I think All Things Considered is just doing too much but overall I really enjoyed this album and bought a physical copy which I rarely do.

Cob

Y’all not fucking with All Things Considered is honestly kinda wild

PA

Nice little schemes throughout the Dot verse outside of the main political one and the Gen alliteration. "Hip Hop Died Again" Alludes to Nas' album Hip Hop is Dead, Nas also called himself God's Son (another album title). Which connects this bar to Jesus' death. Then he says: "Half of my profits/prophets should go to Rakim / Rock him (stone him)" Rakim is also known as the God MC. "How many Judases done let me down" Connecting the biblical scheme and J Cole's song Let Nas Down. J Cole is the Judas that let Dot down, also Cole the one doing all the kumbaya. 🔥 Writing by Dot

Brenden

I was just about to say this. It's on the money

Dylan

YEUUGH

Heard

Didn’t think yall was gone catch the “Goodyear free wheel spare bar” thought I was alone lol

David

That first song is so absolutely beautiful, it really sets the stage for such an amazing album. According to Wikipedia, their dad died 4 months after their mom did. Damn.

Jack N. Goff

10 minutes in and how tf I’m crying to a Clipse joint

FigLeaf Bicarbonate

Bro as a big Pusha T fan, Malice stole the show for me. Plus no Stove verse hurt 😭😂 Crazy hook tho. Kendrick's verse as well was absolutely ridiculous.

malik2spiff

AOTY! So far

Tanea Lighty

Get off my Genitals … fucking Dick head … full of that Ginseng …Ginseng is used as a stimulant for erectile dysfunction. Lol

Tanea Lighty

This is criminally FALSE! DJ Hed DID NOT confirm this. Hed literally laughed at how ridiculous it was for Jeremy to say this. Jeremy also took back his theory that Kendrick is rapping from the perspective of Donald Trump. The Clipse are on record saying Kendrick verse was written and returned to them around the same time as the beef and they were impressed at how he was in a situation where there could be pressure but he still delivered. The gin and juice line is literally what Drake said during the battle. This is nuts. Lol

Robert Verdugo

Purposely paid for this tier to witness you two listen to AOTY. 🐐

Ben Link

Goodyear, full (gas tank), free wheel, trump/trunk, card/car, spare, light/life (might be reaching on light, also he dropped an album called GNX which is grand national (car) Am I insanely stoned or is that the case

Anders Ødegaard

New Benny EP summertime butch 2

monique kerr

Album is chef's kiss!!

PA

On Kendrick’s Chains and Whips verse, DJ Hed basically confirmed the theory that the verse is written from the perspective of Trump. It makes a lot of sense when you dissect the verse. It apparently was written right after the beef during the election cycle. It starts out with “I’m not the candidate to vibe with” and ends with “Trump card showed me not to spare your life” (hinting at the Trump hit attempt). Push said that line might have also be what was being censored by UMG. Trump happens to be a Gemini and a two time presidential candidate. Which ties into “the two time Gemini with the genocide”. Then there’s other political clues throughout the verse like “move ninjas outta here, this shit get gentrified”, "the agenda of mine", “ show up at your gender reveal and tell ‘em give me mine“, “drop your pentagon”, “I am the General”, “ let the sonics boom”, “they say I couldn’t reach Gen Z”, etc. When you consider that verse could be from Trump’s perspective, almost every line becomes a political double entendre. Perspective rapping is something that Kendrick does a lot in his discography. Most recently on Reincarnated off of GNX. He rapped from the perspective of Drake on 6:16 in LA at the beginning. On the song Prayer, he rapped from the perspective of the MLK Jr. I have a Dream speech and the song ABC by Michael Jackson. During the Super Bowl interview Dot said he likes to use What If? scenarios to craft his storytelling verses like the one on reincarnated. This verse kind of sounded like what if Trump was a rapper. Then the verse is a coded political statement. Also, when you think of what he did on Nosetalgia, the last track he featured on with Pusha T, with the hidden numerology (See Dissect Podcast’s YouTube short on the verse) in the verse, you have to think that there’s something deeper going on in the Chains and Whips verse than just the Gen alliteration.

Caleb Washington

We here!

Jordan523

So insane that No Malice didn’t cuss once on the album

FigLeaf Bicarbonate

David Nunez

Let’s gooo!!! Welcome back

LeBron James vs LaBron Kozone

Yo, I actually never caught that double, that's crazy

Noah H

Hope the vacation was as fire as this project 🔥

Kheg `

When Malice said "hands 3 and 9 on the wheel" and prince put his hands up at 3 and 9 and realized what he meant, I laughed my ass off. It was the perfect visual for that bar

John

“Half my profits/prophets may go to Rakim”. Rakim’s nickname is The God. His first album is called Paid in Full

Halil

Been waiting for this one. Push said John Legend knew their parents. They were all close knit so you're definitely hearing true emotion from him in the intro track. Also, Jeremy Hecht had a solid theory that Kendrick was speaking from Trump's perspective in at least some of his verse. When you look at it from that angle things start to make even more sense.

LeBron James vs LaBron Kozone

This is culturally inappropriate

Fooly

FINALLY 😮‍💨

Hazel N.

Better late than never lesssssgooooooo!!!

Jae Right

In Birds Don’t Sing, Dee Dee and Bup are their siblings. Dee Dee lives in a nursing home, and Moms filled her fridge before, and asked Push not to go out of town. No Malice went to check on her and found her. He also, within a relatively short period of time, found his dad.

James B

Been waiting for this since the day the album dropped. Been excited to hear your thoughts on this amazing album 25:32 Ginseng, as you speculated, IS a root; as well as being a common ingredient in energy drinks like Monster and Redbull

Zion

Insane actually 😂

Elijah shepherd

Chains and whips reaction start at 13 minutes and ends at 44? We here
