I don't understand how DragonBall Abridged works in terms of copyright, but even TeamFourStar had difficulty creating their content despite not even making money off it. DBZA is a parody and told a somewhat different story from the original, so I'm sure the law works differently because of this. Even so, TeamFourStar ran into a lot of legal trouble making their content. Regardless of all this, the membership required to watch their full DBZ Kai watch along content specifically states that you need your own copy in order to watch along in sync with them. I'm sorry to say, but all the information you needed to know prior to making a purchase was available to you. If you're still not satisfied, then the only option left is to contact them directly to see if you can maybe receive a refund. I also forgot to mention that their edited DBZ Kai videos will show some of the episode, but certainly not the entire episode. Maybe this is what you are asking about? If so, it takes them a little longer to post them because editing takes time. They post both full watch alongs and edited versions here on Patreon
