Also, it looks like the only reason Duke and Liz were betrothed in the beginning was that the parents misinterpreted the prophecy about those special roses, or the King wanted to extend his protection to Liz since she was born to the baker (commoner). This was EP1. We also saw the black rose Ep1. My new question is: We know Alicia's father didn't know about the black rose, but I wonder if the King knew about the black rose. If he did, who did he appoint as Alicia's watcher? Is that why the king even entertained Alicia's demands in the first place? My issue with the prophecy was that the people associated with them would be essential in controlling the kingdom's fate. It said nothing about the specific roles of those people and nothing about who's marrying who. Maybe they were just being prejudiced about the black rose being a bad omen or a troublemaker, which is dumb. A rose is a rose, no matter the color. Finally, the timing is suspicious. The story makes it seem like those flowers bloomed when their people were born, but Alicia's didn't bloom until she reincarnated. This was also Ep1. Maybe the black rose was a surprise, the glitch in the matrix, and all the betrothal stuff was done before Alicia was reincarnated. I still don't feel too bad for Liz since she was just raised to expect to marry Duke, but Duke was not into it from the beginning since Duke was childhood friends with Alicia's family.

That's fair. I already can't watch everything on your list for lack of my own time, I suppose I might be averse to risking a slot if you really don't like it. This one grew on me, glad I stuck it out to the end. I'm happy to say I was way off on all my predictions and they kept subverting me to the very end, and the conclusion was still satisfying.

I try everything as is and don't really limit myself. I also drop things I don't like as life is too short so I don't see that happening anytime soon. The less interested I am in something the worse the content becomes I'd that makes sense

Can you do a thing where you decide your schedule, but the final slot is a community poll? We make you (potentially) suffer through a season of something you might not ordinarily watch. Seeing you react to something outside your comfort zone would be equally entertaining. I guess you can set some bounds, but I'm sure we'll come up with something extra cringe.

This is the show that I want most to have a second season out of the new shows that we have gotten this season. As this show has been so unique when it comes to being a villainess show. Also yeah the facial animations in this show have been great. Which I always like to see in any show
