Bell could be rank 5 but hestia doesn't want to level him up but yes The freya familiar can body Bell still especially someone like Hedin.

Hedin is a level 6 while Bell I think is around mid level 4 to level 5. So Hedin would probably defeat him in a one by one

I think that Syr is most likely Freya after watching this episode. As what she said towards the end of the episode. Is more what Freya would say, plus the title of the next episode. Is the word for Freya’s potential lover
