It's a child's body it doesn't matter. He looks to be grooming her no matter how you sway it. They are how avoiding it as best they can

You said grooming, but remember that she is an adult and a veteran soldier in a child body. So saying he is still grooming might be a bit wrong here. After all her first option is live rest of her life hiding incest relationship for a husband that doesn't love her. On top of willing to kill her without a second thought if he feels she might betray him, cause her flashback previous episode never said she wanted to reveal it. Her second Option marrying a future Chris Hanson target who genuinely loves her and wants to take it slowly. With a mini dragon god to help oversee it to make sure that neither of them take it too fast... at least I hope said dragon god will intervene if they think it is going too fast.
