06:30 The dude in the background with his arms up was the nervous guy we saw a few minutes earlier. The manwha and the novels actually included him in a joke, which appears to have been cut for the anime. Essentially, he had debts and that's why his wife and daugther left him. His only hope was getting a decent hunter rank to gain money and get them to come back. The guy who explained the whole exam thing ends up getting E-Rank, the chubby dude with the debts ends up celebrating because he gets C-Rank. Then again, I guess this could be a small hidden gag that was intended for the manwha readers, as a sort of inside-joke.
