If I ever get my own house made foundation up; I will have my walls and possibly doors packed with impact Jelly. I admit that I am paranoid about snipers after having them be a thing in so many of my dreams. Since I have never been in those situations IRL; I take my dreams to be a warning. If I succeed I will be assassainated. But; lets see a sniper shoot through walls designed to kill momentum. Triple pane Bullet resistant Glass Windows... Then again I never expect to be able to afford this so its pure delusion for now. Craziest invention to date is the last second bullet resist substance.

Assuming someone is not masking their own voice somehow (Ventriloquism) then its possible to triangulate someones height roughly. At base level I assume that is what is being implied; how its done I have no clue. I just think its something like that.

Oobleck for the win. It's not a proper bulletproof vest, but the bullet had fragmented and lost a lot of energy, and the oobleck would definitely slow down any fragments it caught. He probably took a few hits, but the goo saved his life. Kinda sad cooperation doesn't seem in the cards right now, but the guy went full supervillain.
