Just look at german Dubs ... My country seems to have a total of 5 VAs for all of anime. XD It's not that far fetched that a VA is used for many different roles.

Perhaps the calamity goes for population density, there was a lot of soldiers in the fort at the beginning, but then they started sending soldiers home, so perhaps now the demon castle or the nearest town contains the most souls.

That Gnome girl has the same height and hair color as the girl from the sword isekai. But that girl was a young child and this is an adult. So I don’t see how they should have the same VA.

Ulmandra had some pretty good scenes this episode. But yeah I wonder if they kept her pants on because that area was harder to self censor. Also I thought that when they revealed that our boy was meeting with Gnome. That she would run over there topless. Then how does it come that towel did stay up so well? As she was moving around but still it did stay put. The same thing about her tail which as you said should have shown off her butt more.
