It's not exactly DC Animated Universe as far as I know, but oh man is the Harley Quinn/Poison Ivy show on Max the best thing ever! Lots of swears though if it makes a difference to what you react to. Kaley Cuoco being full crazypants and Lake Bell as eco-terrorist Ivy feels like it would be right up your alley if you haven't already seen it!

Kerry said that the movies are cannon adjacent. They do fit well into the story. But they'll likely not going to be referenced in the main series. Especially now that Warner Brothers no longer owns RWBY.

chibi is hilarious and light hearted. Ice queendom was pretty good and anime Weiss is awesome. Justice League was surprisingly good. Wasnt expecting it to work so well.

I'd love to see your reactions to Chibi, but I have to agree with some of the others. First and foremost, please review the final animatic that replaced the cut scenes from volume 9. RWBY Beyond as well :) Celly

The order of watching imo should be the unfinished episode that they couldn't do for volume 9. Then watch RWBY Beyond, 4 mini episodes that take place after volume 9 (mostly) they're story book style art wise. Then either RWBY Chibi for fun & laughs, where nothing bad ever happens. Or watch the RWBY x JL movies because they are relevant to volume 10 kinda? I don't recall if the movies are being considered canon. Then watch Ice Queendom, it's an actual Japanese anime production that is originally voiced in Japanese but our crew is the dub VAs so you'd be fine with either. There is also a mini series called RWBY: Fairy Tales that's the same story book style & are some of the world of Remnant's fairy tales fleshed out a little.

Will you also be reacting to the Epilogue animatic and the four RWBY Beyond shorts? Also when you watch Chibi, I’d recommend turning on the YouTube captions, because sometimes they do humorous little asides.

Don’t forget about RWBY Beyond! 😊 It’s only 4 episodes I believe and each one is like 5-10 minutes. Best watched after Volume 9, but can be placed anywhere on the list.

Remember to watch ep 10 - was cut off bc of budget but it's full dubbed and kind of animated. Also Rwby Beyond (after ep 10) that showing what is happening after volume 9!

I'd go JL first since it connects most with the main show. Just to get that sense of flow. (Plus two movies wouldn't take long) After that doesn't matter as much. Chibi is an excellent pallete cleanser
