I find myself wanting to play the first game more even though I like the gameplay of part 2 more because the story of the 2nd one is so much more of a bummer to play.

Never played the game because I got spoiled from a leak that Joel died and people were so mad that it became the most controversial game ever.

Final thing, I don't believe Neil for a second when he says that there probably won't be a part 3. Just a year ago he said there is absolutely one more part to the story and now he's saying there isn't. Neil's a pretty head strong guy that stands by his word, and I don't think he really gives a shit if people liked part 2 as much or not. Plus this game was still extremely successful, and I'm seeing a lot more love for it as the years go. Personally I like the sad ending, it makes you feel empty in the end because all this revenge WAS for nothing. Neil Druckmann put it best "it's a story about letting go" and i love that. I don't need every story to be happy.
