25:55 Gadgets like this are what I like to think are the remnants of Toriyama's time writing Dr. Slump. The premise of the first third or so of that series pretty much revolved around a new quirky gadget like Bulma's shrinking bracelet being introduced each week to tell an absurd story. Honestly, Bulma's bracelet is pretty tame compared to the contraptions that came from Dr. Slump. I could tell ya more about 'em, but I feel that's better saved for another time and place.
