He is half isu but even the isu weren’t powerful enough to swim to the bottom of the ocean. Well except the lesser known Isu Gods who I will not name because of Spoilers

No ken edward isnt superhuman enough to swim from the bottom of the ocean to the surface lol

Once you kill a Forts Captain the whole rest of the fort will surrender and you just have to finish looting the place and claim it for the pirates

if you read the database you can get some info on all the characters you meet. you can even get the future references and info on stede bonnet and james kid and others, i won't spoil anything. but as the game progresses you'll get more info on characters and their fates.
