How about cowboy boots? For height reaches the upper shin area. Dark color decorated with shiny studs. Maybe some tassels on top. Design kind of like this (although maybe shorter tassels and more studs): https://www.forever21.com/us/20012631690103.html

How about a simple wedge sandal, It raises the heel like a high heel but has more stability. But one with a woven wrap around the foot for sides instead of a thong sandal. The kind that look like a rattan weave.
