Solid episode! The one critique I have is there seems to be a lack of direction. I get sometimes its cool to just let a conversation with friends flow, but much of the audience do not know all the guests very well. There really should be questions lined up to dig into who the guests are, their background, what are hot topics in their lives, etc. I’m not saying I do not know the Chapo boy’s, and this is not just specific to this episode either. The Fear and Malding podcast had a bit more structure as well with topics to discuss, segments like America Me Up, etc. If the show is going to be a guest only interview style show there should be a little more background Q/A, topics to discuss, etc. to guide the guests so there are not long tangents with nothing being said. I know it is still new, and these things come with time so keep up the great content!

The vibe I got from this, at the risk of being parasocial, is mostly just that the Chapo guys have their chemistry and they're used to talking over each other and arguing about obscure political stuff. it seemed hard for Will or even Hasan to get a word in edge-wise but it was still an interesting episode!

Great episode if you are in the mood for politics for the most part. I wish Will didn't get talked over in film section. Seemed like he had stuff to say about Prey and the Elvis movie but seemed so resigned that people would just talk over him again(literal hands in pockets). That bit was a bummer.
