Get a physical kids. It's not going to hurt you. You take your blood they check your heart they go over your history. Then they have that on record so the next year when you go back and you get another one, that's right you have to get one every year, if there's anything that changed they'll be able to see it. But they can only do that if they have it on record and trust me it's more helpful than harmful. Put your fears aside and go it takes 45 minutes.
