Most of the trailers give you a snippet of what characters are like, however the story behind the backgrounds and lore is a lot more elusive in these promotional. I've seen all your other star rail reactions and the thing they have in common is that you can't really make sense of what the story could be about because there's a lot of context needed, especially for Amphoreus, the current planet that we're on.

Of these characters, Phainon is BY FAR the most powerful, followed by Castorice. He could solo all of the others at once, in lore. Castorice could probably solo everyone except him (she can kill people just by touching them). The same might be true in game terms, too. But, technically, the Imperator can just order everyone about and tell them not to fight her. Character trailers don't really give much lore. There are other cinematic trailers for that. The character trails are mostly just to hype the characters and make them look cool for people who have a passing familiarity with what's going on.

Amphoreus, the planet where all of these characters are from, has gods/titans that ruled the land, but went mad after a calamity arrived on Amphoreus. All of these characters are called ‘chrysos heirs’, those chosen to inherit the power of these titans. Castorice - Chrysos Heir of ‘Death’ Anaxa - Chrysos Heir of ‘Reason’ Hyacine - Chrysos Heir of ‘Sky’ Phainon - Chrysos Heir of ‘Worldbearing’ Hysilens - Chrysos Heir of ‘Ocean’ Cerydra - Chrysos Heir of ‘Law’

These more recent trailers are more symbolic than anything else. As Luminary_weeb said. You'll have a faint idea of what they're like, but you're never gonna truly know them until you actually go through their stories. That's the big thing with Honkai characters. The trailers only give what they want you to see and because their lore is not something that simply be put into a few minutes. They're always complex.

Well Amphoreus (the place these character are from) IS based on Anicent Greece so that would be why you saw a lot of that symbolism.
