I think I caught it while he was telling the story about the camp murderer -- I think he says drowned no matter what form the word is in. While telling the story he said that the guy was "drowned-ing" people. So like he'd say "I'm gonna drowned" instead of "I'm gonna drown".

After the killer is chasing him and QT into a dirty garage with no exit. So, she's running in the woods to gtfo and trips over Will's remains/chopped dick for a gnarly scare, and she sees killer-man ON FIRE WALKING HER WAY.
