the nipples poking is usually fixed with playing around with the clothing settings. Though I already saved the presets so that they shouldn't poke through. If they still do you can try adjusting the a bunch of those sliders in the physics tab of the clothing or another quicker fix is to go to morphs and reduce the "Nipples" morph which is always set at 100% when you load the game. This won't change the shape of the nipple too much and it usually fixes this issue from the morph end. Let me know if that works :)

Okay it seems that the physics was indeed a major issue. Only thing that is little bit odd is her nipples slightly poking through, but i'll further investigate that part

I just checked her out in a bunch of different poses and Daphne's stayed inside her shirt with both hard colliders on and off. Could you point out one of these looks where they shoot right out? I'll load them up and see if I can find a fix for that. Also make sure you have soft body physics and high quality physics on. Yeah I've seen some clothes with sim maps before. They seem to have a better custom fit. I'll have to look into making those I think.

Is your sim off? I noticed normally with these larger girls their boobs just shoot right through and i'm not sure if that's fixable. I have heard things on "sim maps" but haven't tried things like that yet.

Oh I see. I'll look into that and see why that's happening.

I don't really user any so the colliders made her boobs shoot out of her clothes, hence why I was wondering

For this one i turned off hard colliders. Most of the time I keep them on and use different settings depending on their size and how they sit. But for the really stacked girls I find only hard colliders off makes them sit best. There are some plugins out there like tittymagic that could be useful for this. How about you?
