Funny enough drinking age really isn't federal law. Just every state has it at 21 to get 10% funding for roads from the federal government. They left it up to the states but like your parents saying yeah you can live here and not go to college but then you're going have to pay rent. Why a bunch of states have loopholes to let minors drink. They did this to skirt constitutional issues with the 10th amendment and it's ignored because no one wants to rock the boat.
