If Hasan actually trained sumo and some wrestling along with MMA striking, he would actually dominate probably lol. I guess it depends on how coordinated he is, but still. Also, it's very normal in fighting sports to feel bad about accidentally hurting a training partner lol. It's not supposed to happen in training, but it's the nature of the game. You should be doing more beginner stuff to learn how to prevent stuff like that happening. Things like breakfalls and learning what not to do is sooo important when grappling especially.
