Without her care, his alzheimers led him to wander his home until he also passed away about 7 days after her death. As of the moment I'm writing this, the dogs cause of death has not been released. No weird foul play, just a very unfortunate medical emergency that resulted in two peoples' deaths.

I might be wrong, but from what I’ve seen it’s the same as in the US; the rural Mexicans from the tiny pueblos get with their cousins bc everyone in that town is related somehow so it’s less taboo 😬 Still not widely accepted, but it happens. And one of the reasons the 2nd family shit is super common bc the men were the agricultural workers who spent months away from home. In the older generations, anyway, the 2nd family was usually in the US. Nowadays when immigrants go back home for the holidays, they’ll spend like a month or two in Mexico and start a second family there. That is, if they even claim the kids.
