For the life of me I can't remember.

There's a Master Ludwig that Tuck mentioned in ch 7, pg 3. I believe he is the one who pursues Vilga and fights Grimskull

In "First Time For Everything" #24, he refers to Tuck as his apprentice, so it seems like Tuck would have to be referring to him when he names him as "Master Bjorn" in #6.

afaik no, usually he's just referred to as "Sir", in issue 1 he gets "Sire" a few times and Grimskull calls him "Old Friend".

I could just leave him nameless. Feels weird since he has some sort of old rivalry going with Vilga's master Grimskull

Nothing comes to mind, unless his name was spoken in the fairy chapter? Like until recently he came off as a throwaway nameless gag character youd see in something like la blue girl.
