Indeed, I'm just having fun speculating. The bulging veins trope indicates drawing out life-force to me.

The fun thing about this comic is the story is deep enough where I wonder if there is a specific reason why Meg wanted anal and if that relates to Vilga's "magic source", or if it's just the author's fav and I'm trying way too hard.

Have we established she eats lifeforce? It's so hard to know how a "succubus" works 'cus almost everybody has a different idea.
