I voted for Narcissa due to the logic of needing to report the change in Chief Warlock...though if both of his bindings with Andromeda & Hermione took long enough, that report should have already happened. Well, unless Narcissa took awhile to get over being fucked silly 😉 Oh...and editing note: you forgot the "r" on "Granger" in one of the first couple paragraphs of this chapter.
