I voted for Lucien only saying his piece ONCE, like a Luthor expects to do with subordinates. That, and making it clear to every single rogue scientist and security guard in the Cadmus lab that he is a more than sufficient deterrent to the Justice League going rogue...so they all understand their goal has already been achieved.
