I imagine a fair bit of Madelyne's self-doubts could be eased, if she knew that Laura was a clone too. That way she knows that she isnt alone and that Thad will still take her to poundtown.

I think reveal her to the X-Men. Sooner or later the truth reveals himself and it is better to deal with all the shit now, as later when it interfere with other shit. Wait 1-2 Days to centre oneself and then talk with them.
