Headmistress huh? Minerva? Lily EVANS perhaps? I don’t know the time period yet but seeing Harry get with Lily will never not be hot. As for the mysterious individual set to deal with Tom… maybe Bellatrix or Lily? Either could be poetic, a muggle born or a pure blood not taking his bs. But then again I suppose you could have a half-blood set to off him being even more fitting. Too many questions Cam and not enough answers! Quick, somebody pull some time magic bs and speed up our week to the next chapter!

Hmmm...a version of the Wizarding World where Voldemort is "alive" but far from a pressing threat and will be soon handled by another individual? Very intriguing...and Death used "Headmistress" to refer to Hogwarts' top teacher, too! So...Minerva? An alive Lily Potter (or Evans)? Ohhh...how's about a real twist of a twist and Hogwarts' Headmistress is an alive and sane Arianna Dumbledore! Don't think I've ever seen a HP fanfic of any stripe where the Meddling Old Goat's little sister reached adulthood intact...would be a lovely challenge to craft a personality for such a previously limited character! And certainly an adult and fully capable Arianna Dumbledore being the one to bring down Voldemort would explain Death's gleeful hints about why Harry should just let things with Tom be 😉

Yes, that was why when Death first shows up in this chapter, it seems to be shifting and changing for a few moments before settling onto a single form! If I wasn't currently enamored with how Morticia looks in Wednesday Season 2 I might have goven with Marvel Death for this Death's appearance, but ultimately I love having Death look like Morticia here, because not only is it a mood, but her name is literally meant to invoke death lol

Wouldn't your personification of Death need to be part of a greater whole to travel to other universes? Unless the ones Harry has travelled to have all been variations of Harry's original world. I was thinking that since the best girl, Didi, has been overused, (sad face) perhaps her Marvel counterpart instead? Granted, I don't know too many Death God(esses) who can travel the multiverse other than DC and Marvel. I guess you could go with a Female Hades /Anubis, but that would require some changes to their lore I would think.

I wouls really like to know which version of mortica death has chosen. I think the origonal series version is to young looking for the roleshe plays, and the version of the wednesday series does not even have the right skincolor anymore. That would leave the dumb animated version, or the one fro the old movies, wich i hope for. I would also like toknow, what death has planned as a prank for harry.
