I may never write it, but my headcanon for a part two of At Least The World Is Safe? would be Mira and Zoey breaking into the demon realm (probably via Derpy's teleporting) to get back to Rumi. And when she refuses to let them rescue her, they join her instead, willingly becoming demons to help her defend the human realm from THIS side of the fence. Misery loves company, after all~

I like it, i don't think you could get 50 chapters out of it with out really dragging rhe pacing but I don't think we'd want 50 chapters, if you make this a passion project and dont burn out I think you could write a really good (less horny than usual) story out of this, your a good writer and if this is gonna be a shorter story you can do this while planning the dxd story in the background

You know what, even having not yet seen KPDH (don't worry, I'm not someone who minds spoilers), I really like this. It's a great start and even without having seen the movie I can follow it so far. I look forward to seeing what happens next, and also how you add the sexy times to it. :)

I couldn't get into it. Movie got ruined for me by the people that were obnoxious about it in my personal life, so now I just can't watch it or hear the songs without disliking it. I can read ff about it, so I've read this and while not hugely pumped about it, it does seem interesting.

while part of me would like to see the tragedy that was At Least The World Is Safe? turned around with a happy ending.... this is just as good. It's got my interest in the same way Maidenless no Longer did. and given the fact I still consider that your best work, that should give you an idea on how i'd love to see this continue.

YES. PLEASE! Gonna be totally honest, the more deviant part of me hopes you take this fic into a full poly relationship with huntrx probably with rumi as the main girl sort of like how Axel has his queens, but the rest of me would absolutely read and love this story just for the plot, no "plot" necessary, if i weren't dealing with busy weeks with need for quiet in my breaks ahead of me, I could probably watch that movie every day. So definitely do write this as much as you want and do whatever cooking come to mind, I trust your mad skills Cam.

I am curious about the pets being an extension of him. I had always figured they were something else given they were still in the mortal world at the end. The movie certainly left a lot of room for more exploration. But it does work with your interpretation of him being a part of the Rainbow Honmen, so they could stick around. A great start. Would not be mad if this replaced Silver Eyes.

Now, having actually read the chapter, I can say that I would love for you to make this into a full fledged story. The fact that he failed to kill Gwi-ma is a good outcome. Any other "second chance" story would have had the MC kill the big bad from the get go. I'm looking forward to more of this.

If you have Netflix, you should 100% go watch KPop Demon Hunters. Doesn't matter if you're not into kpop or animation, I'm not into either of them myself. But the movie is frankly a masterpiece and combined with the music, its beyond phenomenal. Highly recommend seeing it completely irrespective of this fic.

Ok, quite interesting, not sure about the time travel mostly because Rumi need to fall (almost) to grow to accept herself, its a balance of silliness and serious issues. also the last song she compose to make the new hommon was quite good but I can see potential.

Reading 20+ hours of KPDH fanfiction in the three days since I watched the movie tbh. Been percolating shit in my brain hardcore lol. Feel like I've seen a lot of the ideas I have for this story in other fics, but I don't think I've seen any one fic do EVERYTHING I have in mind for this story

On the one hand, any interest in K-Pop Demon Hunters in general I had has only increased incrementally with this story...but on the other? I am interested in seeing where this story goes from here. I mean...it's clearly a do-over fic. The MC is one with baggage that will need to be jettisoned or used to fix mistakes...which I like well enough as a concept. And it seems like the endgame is Jinu getting to be with Rumi after Gwi-Ma is permanently vanquished...which seems like a nice goal. So yeah...I'd like to see a little more.
