The end of part 1 will just be the version you have. We only have 3 adverts in a 20-30 minute show rather than 50 so some shows have transitions like this. 1 at the start, 1 in the middle and 1 at the end to make up the 30 minute slot.

They bought hash, a solid block of cannabis resin, which is why it looks smaller than a bag of weed. You have to heat it with a lighter to crumble bits off so you can roll it up. Unlike weed, you can eat it, and it can have quite a strong effect, especially after a few beers.

In the past that was an eighth of Lebonese, gold or red-seal, Afghani or Moroccan hashish but if it came from a pub in this time - most likely ropey rocky with bits of plastic in it that gave you headaches heh. . The homegrown boom stopped that nonsense and we got steroid buds sprayed with other shit, now weed psychosis is a real thing when it didn't used to be.

I don't rate actor who plays Donovan, he was half ok in first season but I think generally the casting is bad. Also this slicked back hair? No Donovan type characters I knew in school went for for 50's Grease look ha. but maybe it's different down south. good knowledge on Failsafe, never knew that

Donovan slips into the actor's real accent/speaking voice when he offers the special Team Twat deal. Failsafe was an actual band, around the mid/late-2000s they were pretty active on the club circuit and did a lot of support gigs, I never really liked them all that much but saw them a few times because it was hard not to if you went to those kinds of gigs.
