I can believe that MM doesn't think power testing is about gathering info on his powers, but that is absolutely what its about. Any help to him is secondary. I voted for option 2 because they basically already know and option 1 is too adversarial. Even if he is starting to trust the local people, any info he gives is going into a national database, and to the PRT. So trusting the Protectorate is the same as trusting the PRT. As well as every group that has penetrated the PRT.

I don't mind 2. I mean, he's already shit the bed on that account but that doesn't mean he's forced to tell the PRT anything, he isn't their lapdog.

I think the cats already somewhat out of the bag. If he doesn't give any information....that's gonna hurt more then help at this point.....but he doesn't have to give them all the information....as long as he doesn't lie about something that could ater expose that lie all should be good

Definitely agree with the Dauntless Eidolon explanation. So number 3 seems the best bet. Leaves things open ended and gives them a reason to keep playing square with him. Also turn Miss Militia into Milf Militia. We all know she yearns for it.
