Getting Michiko on-side seems like a solid path...her aunt is basically 100% in V & Alt's control, but Michiko could be a problem if she decides to have any real, deep loyalty to Arasaka and make trouble.

If this was an order switch, hanako then Michiko or Michiko then Hanako, this would be more of a toss up. However with one of the options stating ignore Michiko, I'm going with Michiko first. While she is not as viable as Hanako as puppet leader of Arasaka, she is still worth getting onside as well. She controls a portion of arasaka with her Hato (Dove faction). Her and her faction alongside Hanako and her Kiji (Green Pheasant) faction gives him a bigger hammer to smash Yorinobu's Taka (Hawk faction). When it comes to actually running the business Michiko may actually be just as, if not more valuable than Hanako. Hanako is a great netrunner but because of her upbringing and her father's beliefs I don't think Hanako actually has a lot of conventional business sense (outside of faction politics and corporate espionage). While on a smaller scale Michiko started and successfully ran the danger girl security company before her grandfather ruthlessly crushed it to forcibly bring her back into the fold. While I don't think Hanako is completely devoid of business sense, I do think her working with her niece as advisors to V while Hanako remains the figurehead would be more effective than just Hanako or Michiko by themselves. If its just the revenge angle, imagine Yorinobu's face when both his sister and his niece bring him down.
