Yeah it’s already mostly passed, if not entirely. I meant more like we can now see if me taking it every few days was hindering the SSRI from fully settling in since I’ve been trapped in this weird state of halfway healed for a while now where most of the side effects that prove my SSRI is working are fully back now but my mind has still been too cloudy to write. Thankfully lexapro also has a very short half-life so I can still very rarely take one so long as I plan a CBD day in advance. But that won’t be for a while.

No one knows everything. You just have to live and learn and now that you know some things that didn’t used to mix bad do now, you can keep an eye out for other things that might mix bad. Since CBD doesn’t stay in your system that long I would bet that the effects of them mixing should be out of your system soon if not already.

Yup that’s precisely the problem, my attempt to stop taking it fucked up my entire brain chemistry and I’ve just been scrambling trying to figure out everything again. I’m taking it as a big sign that I’ve yet to feel as bad as I did on post CBD days, though. It just left me feeling burnt out and exhausted beyond help, which led into a kind of negative feedback loop as some days I’d sit at my desk for an hour unable to get anything out and give up and take a gummy since it’s not like I’d be able to accomplish anything that day. Might’ve just been making things worse for myself, we’ll see.

From my understanding and past experience by stopping a medication it can stop working for you or change how much you need for it to work. Also your body changes over time and things that used to affect you or not affect you can change. I know that the medication that I take it didn’t matter whether or not I took it before or after I ate in the morning. But one day it started hurting my stomach. After some time I figured out that I had to take the medicine before I ate even if it was a few minutes before but if I took it after my stomach would hurt.

It never really occurred to me because it never used to be the case, and I had no problems taking CBD while on my medicine back before all this. Wish I put two and two together sooner but I’m happy I did at all.
