I have cleared my cache and custom vehicles are selected. Some of the mods from here can be accessed but most can not. Including this one. Any other suggestions?

Make sure custom vehicles in vehicle selector is enabled in settings, if that doesn't work clear game cache

Not at all! Id suggest using the long bed config so the truck has a longer wheelbase and will be more stable
