I actually haven't played Survivor yet, I bought a copy a few years ago but don't have a CRT anymore so can't play with the g-con.

No love for Ark Thompson from Survivor?! I'm a big RE fan, and I'm struggling to pick who I want for it. I'm leaning towards Bruce because Dead Aim doesn't get enough love, but also hated Piers (up until the end that is), so I kinda want to see him get got. So a couple of ideas: A gasmask drone like a HUNK type soldier, Getting absorbed by the Nyx from Outbreak, Tangled up and mutated by either Plant 42 or an Ivy, Coiled, hypnotised, and eaten (Or turned into a naga, or petrified as others have mentioned) by the Yawn, Turned into the giant bat from RE0, Trapped in a giant experiment tube and turned into a Tyrant, The puzzle from RE1 where you push the statues to cover the vents, only the gas turns them into the next statue. Did I mention I was a fan of the series? :P

Should that be Piers, it can always be him turned into a commemorative statue of himself.
