I'm still fighting with Enhanced Input System (and it's proving to be a lot worse than the old Action/Axis Inputs system, at least for this use-case).
But also working in other areas, like new characters.

Absolutely fantastic news. I've still got the dream of a Broforce-style "every character is a life, you can re-earn lost characters by rescuing them somewhere in the level" system. I mean, it won't happen, but it's the dream. You've got actual problems and hurdles in front of you to deal with. Hope you nail them.
