I am so eager for this finished product because every time I see something it looks fantastic, but I think I've found something to actually critique. I think the water is too clear. When I saw the thumbnail I thought it was Lake Hylia with no water, and it wasn't until I opened the image fully I realised there was water. I think in the original the water had more of a blue tinge, but it also had the light-through-wave-effects on top of the water, which made it a bit harder to see through until you were underwater. I'm not a programmer or a designer so I dunno what the fix would be. But maybe just a few shades closer to opaque, or a faint effect on top. I dunno. Everything else looks amazing. The clouds and fog and atmosphere add so much depth to the scene. Scarecrow is great :D
