Health Update (positive)

Went for a followup at the clinic and got the results of my blood test:
Lipid: low
Cholesterol: low
Sugar: normal
HbA1c (sugar hemoglobin): low
kidney function: normal
WBC count: normal
Blood pressure: a bit borderline hypertensive (it had gone down a lot)
I still couldn't find out what caused my hypertension. Anyways am beginning to eat healthier and exercise. The meds do work. I might have been cursed with genetics because I don't drink any caffeine or energy drinks nor smoke. Might be my lack of sleep (4 hours a day).
Thank goodness I get a second chance. If I didn't get a checkup, I might've had a heart attack out of nowhere...
Anyways I got a new Samsung Tab S9, let's see if I can scribble on this thing when my partner's not looking
P.S. Registered the marriage so I have less things to do, just looking forward to the big day. Might catch up on the backlogs

Hi, I don't know if this is part of the cause for your hypertension, but the fact that you need to hide what you like to do from your partner is a big red flag. You should consider being honest with your partner about your interests. If they truly love you for who you are, you'd be surprised at what they'd be okay with, even encouraging or engaging with it. As someone who felt like I'd never find someone to share my interests, when my partner found out, she was exactly like how I described a second ago, and I've had a long fulfilling relation over almost a decade now. Unless it's an arranged marriage and you don't have any choice, you should be able to express yourself freely with your partner, or they may not be the right choice for you.
