Manga has not appealed to me until now. I dutifully watched your One Piece videos, Merphy, because you're always a joy to watch. But I think I'm ready to dive in. Like Philip, I read American Comics as a kid (Thor was my favorite), and I have read a lot of medieval literature (not a scholar like Philip). If this doesn't appeal to me, Manga is probably not my thing. Hope I like it and can join the conversation! Blessings!

Hey Murphy love the content! I really liked that you touched on thors preaching peace but then having to be violent to protect his own. But the part I love the most is that thors actually addresses this saying something to the effect of “It looks like I could not become a True Warrior after all”
