His prominent Adam's apple makes me think of a deep, manly voice. In his young years he was a baseball promise, but he got hurt and had to abandon his dream of becoming a professional player, which made him a bitter, frustrated person. But that is going to change...

The last few years has worn heavy on Pascal. He started out liking his job but the recent world health situation has turned him into a bitter human being. In those few years one residence in particular has had an increase in deliveries. The deliveries started out with a few parcels every month or so. These packages were few and far in-between. But recently the packages have become bigger, heavier and more frequent. Today Pascal is going to make this delivery in person and meet the Resident.
