Sorry about how long this is taking. As I said in another update, I've been trying to move recently. The last house deal fell through at the last second, and that sent a huge wrench in my plans and slowed everything down in general. It looks like this new one is going to go through without the seller pulling a fast one, so that should be one headache solved.
Working to get something out ASAP. Stay tuned.

Fully agree in many points here. Reason I plan on saving, buying some land away from others a bit, then building a 'new' house vs the old sht they keep trying to sell for way over its value.

Bro don't tell me you're trying to buy a house 💀 As much as they talk up owning and it being cheaper, the reality is that at best you'd break even around 5+ years, and it could easily be worse. It's more like you're paying more money and time having control of the house itself, but needing to constantly fix things, which also costs a lot. So it's more about 10+ years of the same house. You're locking yourself in. People rent for a reason. As ass as renting is.

Seen that very thing happen within my area of work. Houses were being bought...then some outsider moving into the state offered something usually around 20k+ more then the ending price to get it instead and the sellers dumped the original buyers for that ext 20k.

I'll give you credit mate, take your time and ensure the sellers aren't Fcking you somehow....most of them will do that at the drop of a hat to get a house sold and then wash there hands of anything afterwards. (Esp with how bad the housing market is crashing and sellers are loosing thousands now trying to get rid of them). Take care of your family and get yourself stabilized most esp the family, then get back to writing. Just keep us updated.
