Personally I think there's alot of potential in these stories, but I think you might spread yourself too thin; writing multiple stories at once seems very taxing. Perhaps why the patreon might've suffered. I think it would be good to focus on one story for a bit, a chunk of chapters to keep the narrative moving, and then you can decide if you want to work on another story after, especially since BoC and BoD are your most popular works. I totally understand wanting to develop your original stories though, since copyright might be an issue if you want to get a story like BoC published, however, since those other stories are at an early stage its hard to build another audience for them, especially since updates are spread out between your other work, so its not as frequent. I do think there's alot of potential in those stories though, your writing is great, especially your character writing, so please keep your spirits up! I wish you the best!
