Chapter 57: A Galaxy Far Far Away

The Force declined her attempts to create life using The Force yet again, but Abeloth was not deterred. She was accustomed to disappointment, after all. She had made countless attempts over thousands of years to escape the Maw — the prison her family had put her in. All of which failed or would only serve as momentary freedom before being forced back by the Son and Daughter.
But she would not be discouraged. There were flaws in all creatures after all. She of all people knew that — needing to drink from the Font of Power and bathe in the Pool of Knowledge to extend her lifespan. All to stay with her beloved long-lived family as long as she could.
And what did they do when her attempts transformed her — changed her? Nothing. With all the power they had — and they had plenty to spare — they did nothing but lock her away. All their power and knowledge cultivated over thousands of years, and they locked their loving mother away, never to be seen or visited for thousands of years.
With the thought of family in mind, she tried again. This time though, she decided to try a different approach. Instead of trying to create the child as a Celestial — like the family she once loved, she decided to make him human — like she used to be. Granted, she needed the child to be powerful enough to help her break out of her prison, so would attempt to make the child much more powerful than she was in her previous form.
Curling her tentacle-like appendages she now called arms over her womb, she started to focus — adding and removing elements that would gain the best result.
The Force did not like the Mother’s attempt. It had seen what would happen in the future if The Mother succeeded with the Child, and even if she didn’t, it had seen what she would do once she was free from her prison. While The Force wanted to create other beings to combat her, or provide the relevant vision to those capable of stopping her, all its attempts seemed to show similar images of what would become of the galaxy even with its interference.
Failure, destruction, chaos and death.
But The Force was not unaccustomed to making requests, just like it was not unaccustomed to granting requests. So, seeing no other choice and having witnessed all the deaths The Mother was going to cause, The Force made the request to that very entity.
Death itself.
Surprisingly, Death answered for the first time The Force had ever made a request — though not verbally, or physically for that matter. For those manners of communication may have been beneath it. But, even as Sith and Witches trifled in its domain, it would not interfere — leaving them to relish in their success or toil in their failure. So, Death’s response was even more surprising.
Death decided certain parameters — features for The Child’s physical body, while it would provide the soul, allowing The Force itself to become its father and the Aberration its mother, while the soul would be plucked from elsewhere and placed in the empty shell.
Although The Force could not clearly see its future, it did not complain, for it had seen the futures of the other inhabitants of the galaxy, and rejoiced. They flourished, at least some of them, which was much better than the countless graves of billions The mother would obtain.
And that was enough. The Force helped in every possible way it could — surprising The Mother when she felt her attempt working, if only in specific ways, for one does not decline Death and survive long. The Aberration's wide, grotesque mouth stretched into a menacing smile as she felt the life forming in her womb.
The Father, the Daughter and The Son would feel her attempt succeeded all the way from their home on Mortis, but would do nothing besides discuss and argue about how to proceed. At least not until months later when The Mother was finally giving birth.
Abeloth, the Mother, let out a cry of exertion as she pushed through the final moments of labour. The oppressive, swirling energy of the Maw did little to faze her, but even Abeloth was trembling from the sheer intensity of labour. After long, agonising minutes of the Aberration's cries of exertion, a sound pierced the unnatural silence of the blackhole-encased prison — a small and vulnerable wail echoed with power.
A new-born baby boy.
His cries were raw, filling the void of the prison, reverberating through the Force like a beacon. Abeloth’s many tentacle-like arms trembled as she reached for the child, pulling him close to her chest as her sinister humanoid face streaked with tears of overwhelming love. She cradled him tenderly while tending with the umbilical cord with The Force, her normally wild expression softened into something heartbreakingly pure for the first time in aeons.
“You are perfect,” The Aberration whispered gently. The new-born's cries continued as his tiny body squirmed. It was odd that the Force was automatically keeping the babe alive in the prison even with his mother’s intervention, but the mother simply assumed it was a by-product of how she was impregnated. Ignoring the phenomenon, Abeloth soothed him with the Force, carefully cleaning his fragile form of the remnants of birth. The blood and fluids dissipated into nothing, leaving behind only soft, warm skin.
As his cries slowly quieted and his tiny form relaxed against her, Abeloth let out a trembling breath as she kissed his forehead. “Sleep, little one,” she murmured, stroking his face with her fingers and tentacles alike. “You are safe. You are loved.”
The Child, still so new to the world, nestled closer to her warmth as his breathing evened out while he succumbed to sleep. Abeloth’s lips curled into a smile as her many eyes shimmering with emotion. Not only could she feel he was powerful enough to contend with the Celestials when he grew, but he was never going to leave her side as they did. For — unlike them — he was her biological child.
“My sweet child…” she whispered, about to name him. But then, the space around her changed. The Force rippled.
They had arrived.
A soft yet powerful radiance filled the dark prison, and three figures levitated into the Maw. The Celestial — the Ones of Mortis, her family — had come. The Father — the embodiment in the balance of The Force — levitated in the centre, with the same elderly, yet imposing humanoid figure, with pale, weathered skin she remembered. that suggests immense age and wisdom. The long, flowing white beard and wispy hair that framed his noble, elongated face, and the ornate, flowing robes adorned with intricate patterns he wore did nothing to hide the immense power she felt rolling off him.
To his right, the Daughter, the embodiment of the Light Side, regarded the scene with the same serene yet saddened emerald-green eyes she would always have when hunting her down and placing her back in her prison every time she would escape. Her skin was still as pale as ever, and her long, flowing hair cascaded down past her waist like strands of pure light. She wore ornate robes in shades of white and green, adorned with delicate, nature-inspired patterns.
And to his left, the Son, the embodiment of the Dark Side, shadowed and restless with his arms crossed. His gaunt, ashen-grey skin and red, narrowed eyes did little to hide the malevolence she could feel directed toward her and her new-born. He still had his youthful sharp, angular facial features, including high cheekbones and an elongated face with red tattoo-like twin crimson streaks running through his head. He wore dark, armour-like robes with deep red and black hues, accentuating his regal yet menacing posture.
The three of them slowly approached the Mother and her new-born, sensing the Mother and Child through the Force. The Father’s gaze settled on Abeloth as he spoke. “How?” he asked with barely restrained curiosity. “You have been alone in this prison, cut off from all things. No one has visited you, we have checked. And yet, you have birthed life.”
The Son scoffed, tilting his head toward the sleeping infant. “This is unnatural, even for her,” he sneered. “An abomination.”
The word struck like a blade as Abeloth’s many eyes narrowed with fury, her expression twisting into something dark — darker — as she glared at the Son. But she was not alone in her displeasure. The Father’s gaze snapped to his son in warning, and the Daughter turned her own reproachful glare upon her brother. Seeing that his words had earned him nothing but the disapproval of everyone, the Son let out a low growl but remained silent.
Abeloth, seething with maternal rage added to her natural madness, clutched the child closer as she bristled. “You will not take him from me!” She snarled. “You caged me here, when all I wanted was to spend as much time with you as possible — but you will not take my child!”
The space around them started to crackle with pure Force energy as the beginning of an uncontrolled Force Storm started to form through Abeloth’s fury alone. It was only now the Father noticed the new-born being protected from the daggers of the Maw by the Force itself, something he thought rather strange at first, but, as he had seen in his vision, it was the Force itself that wanted the Child to live.
The Father sighed with an expression filled with regret. “This child… is something that should not be, and yet he is. By the will of the Force.” His gaze was sombre. “He must be protected. Away from your… affliction.”
Abeloth’s rage only grew. Her power surged as she prepared to strike, but she never got the chance. The Father, the Daughter, and the Son extended their hands in unison. Together, the three Celestials channelled their combined power into the Aberration, overwhelming her in an instant.
“No!” She screamed as the Force around her twisted and pulsed to no avail, her grip tightening around the infant.
The Daughter floated forward as Abeloth's strength gave way, gently pressing a glowing hand to her forehead. “The child will be well looked after,” she whispered soothingly.
Abeloth gasped as her consciousness faded. Her tentacles loosened, going slack as her eyes fluttered closed before she collapsed into unconsciousness, returning the Maw to silence. The Father sighed heavily as his gaze lingered on Abeloth’s sleeping form, sadness etched across his face. The Daughter knelt beside the baby, who now floated on top of Abeloth’s unmoving chest, still deep in slumber. Gently, she lifted the child with the Force toward her open arms, cradling him like an elder sister would.
“You know what must be done.” The Father said, maintaining gaze on the unconscious woman — if she could even still be called that.
The Daughter nodded solemnly. Without another word, she turned and began to leave with the new-born in her embrace. As the light of her presence faded into the darkness, the Father remained standing over Abeloth. His gaze was heavy, full of regret, of sorrow.
For all her flaws, for all her darkness, for all the font and pool had done to her, she had only ever wanted a family. But now, she would wake to find herself alone once more. And the child — the child would never know the Mother who had loved him. For if he did, he may choose to wake her. Or worse, forced to fight her. Something no child she be forced to do, not even hers.

[Backstory: You are the child of The Mother — Abeloth — and the Force, with the help of Death itself after the Force had seen no other way to stop the Aberration's madness in the future. Known as the Child, you were born in the Maw before being taken by the Ones of Mortis and placed in the World Between Worlds under the request of the Force itself. Once there, you were placed in solitude, given only the Force Ghost of Revan for training in the Force under Death's requirements of sending someone well versed in both ‘sides’ of the Force.]

‘First off, system, I’m pretty sure Death isn’t an entity like that in the Star Wars reality. And second, Abeloth?... Really?’ I grumbled, knowing this automatically put me in the middle of things with no room for taking my time like it did in the other realities I had been in.

That… only barely lightened my soured mood because it saved me time looking for it, but I was unmistakably still grumbling.

[Description: One of the toughest metals in the Sar Wars reality. Capable of repelling the strikes of a lightsabre and withstanding direct blaster fire while being slightly lighter than steel. Beskar is primarily found only on Mandalorian worlds within the galaxy in which the events of the Star Wars stories take place.]
Ignoring the silver, wavy patterned ingot now in the [Hoard], I snapped my eyes open, feeling a fuck-tonne of Force energy in my surroundings. I stood on one of many glowing paths interwoven around an endless expanse in a dark void, speckled with swirling Force energy and distant stars. These pathways lead to floating gateways, which — with my enhanced eyes — I could see each outlined by a luminous, circular portal showing glimpses into different moments across the Star Wars timeline.
The World Between Worlds, the place Force users go to fuck with time and space. And standing before me, smirking with casual amusement, was the original child of the Force himself — Anakin Skywalker. The entire situation reminded me of the Ahsoka series, even the black robes he was wearing were the same.
“Well,” Anakin said, tilting his head slightly. “Since you were born through the Force… does that make us brothers?”
I stared at him for a few long moments before sighing and striding past him without a word, following the pull of the Force along the glowing path.
“Not in the mood,” I muttered. If it were any other day, I would probably be fanboying about now. But the System had to just pissed me off.
Anakin, seemingly unfazed by my behaviour, fell into step beside me as his keen blue eyes studied my armour with growing interest. “You know, that armour of yours reminds me of Mandalorian and clone armour. But not quite.” He gestured vaguely at my torso where I housed [Philosopher Stones] and helmet. “Recommendation from your master?”
Memories of my back story showed me learning everything from Revan in a pocket dimension of some kind and only being allowed to leave when I had learned it all to the perfection of his level. It even provided everything I needed for said training, like the Danger Room from the X-Men. But seeing that this was the World Between Worlds, there was a chance I had actually emerged here long before Anakin was even born.
I ignored the question and asked, “How long have I emerged after your death?”
“Nope, I haven’t—” Anakin shook his head before his expression paused in thought. “Well, technically I’ve passed on — took a job offer of sorts. But you’ll actually be appearing long before that. Time is a little odd in here.” He said, looking around at the different portals.
I halted just short of the glowing portal the Force was giddy for me to walk through, narrowing my eyes as I turned to scrutinise Anakin more closely. That was when I noticed it. Anakin didn’t have a mechanical hand.
My brow furrowed. “That… doesn’t make sense,” I said slowly with a little confusion as I mentally went through a few things that would need to happen for him to keep that hand. It could be that Dooku died early, Anakin was stronger when they fought, or Dooku escaped before they could even get into the fight. Or maybe Sidious had another apprentice, and Dooku never even fell. There were so many possibilities I could think of, all from one missing injury.
Anakin simply smiled after seeing the direction of my gaze, lifting both his hands and clenching them a few times for good measure. “I guess messing with time and space isn’t always a bad thing, huh,” he said cryptically.
"When exactly will I emerge?" I pressed the far too relaxed chosen one.
"Around a day before the invasion of Naboo," He shrugged.
“Any requests, seeing that I’ll get there long before your passing... or the invasion for that matter?” I asked, guessing he would ask for something that would lead to his mother living, abolishing slavery or something of the sort.
“Well,” Anakin put a hand to his chin in thought as the other crossed his torso before he smiled. “I guess…expand the Horde.” He then gave my surcoat a look before continuing with slight teasing in his voice. "And maybe change that for some black jedi robes --- the cloak can stay though."
He may not have asked for his mother or slavery, but that phrase alone was a huge task in its own right. With only a few words, he basically just asked me to create a kingdom under my rule — not something I was against. But because it would be a kingdom under my rule, anything that would want to harm or destroy those in the horde would be a threat. And with the Star Wars reality literally being a galaxy full of wars spanning different star systems, I’ll be beefing with everyone.
I wanted to question how he would even know that specific word, but I remembered that just because [Tamper Proof] prevents others from messing with me doesn’t mean they can’t see the future of others around me. There was always a chance Anakin was part of the Horde, and I had healed his hand. The request to change the surcoat at least indicates as such.
Before I could press further, Anakin’s smile widened as his voice took on a more teasing lilt. “Anyway… good luck dealing with your mother.”
Motherfucker.
I groaned, taking a calming breath as I rubbed the temple of my helmet. “Funny, I almost forgot to laugh,” I grumbled under my breath as I turned and walked through the portal into a luscious green forest, with tall thick trees. The Force was way too giddy around Anakin, but even more so around me. I knew it couldn’t tamper with me or anything, but I had the feeling it was going to inform beings of my arrival as soon as I walked through if it hadn’t already.
I could only hope it didn’t inform any Sith just yet. They could have the ability to turn the politicians and public perception against me, depending on my location in the timeline.
‘Observe.’

Unlike the other jumps which have him stay there for months, I plan for him to go back and forth with the Star Wars universe and the Potterverse.

Don’t get me wrong, the story is good. But like, are we ever going back to Harry Potter? I mean, jumping around different worlds in moderation is okay but constantly, especially when he apparently gets older in them, is kinda boring and I’d like to see some actual Harry Potter in this Harry Potter fanfic, y’know?

Yeah, over time he's started to care less and less about other people's thoughts on things like that. He can either say it was a ritual, or just tell them he was messing with time. They'd never be able to prove it.

No, I got that. It was that if he takes a few years to complete things in Star Wars, the folks in HP are going to be confused on why he looks 16+. He already aged a year in two weeks, which Dumbledore noticed. Any more and Flamel and others are going to be asking questions he will have trouble answering.

He can telepot from universe to universe and choose to either return while choosing how much time has passed in the HP verse. So if he leaves for a month, he can either return the moment he left, return after a month has past, or in-between.

I'm a little confused. Did he just get forcibly transported into Star Wars? I know it was coming at some point, but it seems off to head there right now. He literally just teleported away from dealing with Dumbledore about the force visions. Further, this honestly seems like he will be gone for some time (months/years perhaps), this is going to show in his age. It's going to be weird when he returns to HP-verse.

I wonder how other abstract Entities/Concepts like The Force and Death feel about John I hope that Magic absolutely loves and adores John and I wonder if other abstract Entities/Concepts will take interest in John like Time for example

Thanks for the chapter. It sounds like he’s both not in for a good time and potentially going to be in this jump for a lot longer than some of the others. I knew most of the lore bits that were dropped at the end but I had never heard of Mnggal-Mnggal before. Apparently they were introduced in a rpg sourcebook for the d20 rpg by wizards of the coast. For anyone that doesn’t want to look it up themselves it seems to be like the Star Wars version of the flood from halo. That new armor is definitely going to come in handy 😬
