Yeah I think it comes from a video where a kid joked that the score at his basketball game was 6 against 7 (in terms of the points the teams had scored) which was funny because 7 came after 6 and somehow it caught on like wildfire…

My guys have figured out 69 is a "sex word", but when they ask for further explanation I say "Trust me; you DON'T want to learn about this from your mother!" 😂

I teach in an afterschool program for 1-5th grade. It's pretty ridiculous. They get so hyped up about it. In the past, I've also had to pretend I didn't hear anything in the room when kids start discussing what 69 is all about.
