I'm with Stephen on this Jason looks too clean also too young, maybe shaggier hair would help. But Henry is spot on. The girls are beautiful, maybe change the dress to blue for Maureen. I also think the cover would attract attention. If you're shooting for attracting more young adult crowd, then Jason is close, still too neat though.

Jason looks a too short, young and like a boy band some where is missing a member. Strangely Henry looks really close to my mental image of him. Uluula looks a bit taller than she should be as well. Still in fairness The cover *does* look cool. If I hadn't already read the book that cover would tickle my interests.
