An apology, and an update
🕑 Added 2020-01-05 06:11:43 +0000 UTCSome of you might have noticed that I posted a AA2 chapter a week ago, said I was likely going to upload the new chapter the next day, and then it never came.
Well, the reason was I was on vacation, and as usual, I overestimated the amount of time I would have to actually work. The new chapter has been at like 75% complete the entire time.

On top of that, I drank and ate a ton over the last week, so I am pretty sure I gained like 20 lbs. Over the winter I've more or less stopped running, but I need to jump back into it. I hate exercise with a passion, but I actually get more writing done when I jog, and I think of story ideas. It's probably one of my most hated productivity additions-- it is what it is. Keeping the pounds off while having a desk job (and an addiction to sugar) is tough. I am hoping that at least some of you understand. :/ I don't often talk about my struggles with my weight, but I'm sure it'll be a rest-of-my-life sorta thing.
My weight yo-yo's as much as Oprah's.
I plan to write a fun little recap of my trip to Florida within in the next week. Melli and I drove to Florida and back. This pic was taken this morning right before we hit 16 hours of driving. I'm home now, and super tired. Driving through the back roads of Florida was...interesting. We drove through Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi.

When I'm at home, I pretty much only eat salad. My body metabolizes sugar and fats super efficiently so when I go on vacation or drink booze, I gain weight like crazy. This is a great trait to have if we ever have an apocalypse. It's not so great for modern life

It's cool, just be careful with the sugar you don't want to end up with diabetes that will make things worse. I do have to give you props for the jogging keep at it.
